摘要
目的探讨营养护理干预对同步放化疗患者营养免疫状况的影响效果。方法选取118例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理办法,观察组患者实施营养护理干预措施,收集2组患者干预前后营养免疫的各项指标并进行数据分析。结果 118例患者与干预前相比,自身营养免疫状况得到显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论营养护理干预能够帮助放化疗患者改善自身营养免疫状况,并提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional nursing intervention on nutri- tients with malignant tumor were divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given nutritional nursing intervention measures. Immune and nutritional indicators before and after in- tervention were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the nutritional immunity status improved obviously in both groups, and were significantly better in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nutritional nursing intervention can help patients with chemoradiotherapy to improve their nutritional immunity status and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
