摘要 以Span60为改性剂,乙醇为分散剂,采用球磨法对重质碳酸钙粉体进行表面改性。采用单因素实验考察了球磨转速、球磨时间、球料比、改性剂用量对改性样品的活化度、沉降体积、吸油值、粒度的影响。通过正交实验确定了优化改性条件为:球磨转速为300 r/min,球磨时间为1.5 h,球料比(球磨珠与碳酸钙的质量比)为8∶1,改性剂用量为2%(质量分数)。结果表明,改性后的重钙粉体的活化度明显提高,沉降体积、吸油值、粒度均比改性前有明显降低。 Surficial modification of ground calcium carbonate(GCC) powder was conducted by ball-milling method,using span60 as modifier,ethanol as dispersant.The effects of the rotating speed of ball-milling,ball-milling time,ratio of ball to material,modifier amount on the activation grade,sedimentation volume,oil absorption value,and particle size of the modified samples were investigated by single factor tests.The optimal modification conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment:the rotating speed of ball-milling was 300 r/min,the ball-milling time was 1.5 h,the ratio of ball to material(mass ratio of balls to GCC) was 8∶1,and the modifier amount was 2%(mass fraction).Results showed that the activation grade of GCC increased evidently,and the sedimentation volume,oil absorption value,and particle size of GCC obviously declined after modification.
