摘要
采用新型的PhabrOmeter 织物评价系统测试纯棉织物的悬垂系数,由灰色系统理论分析织物的结构参数与织物的悬垂系数之间的关联度并排序。结果表明:影响平纹纯棉织物的悬垂性的主次顺序依次是:克重、厚度、经向纱支、纬向密度、纬向纱支、经向密度。通过进一步分析纯棉织物平方米重量与悬垂性能的关系,得出棉织物悬垂性随着平方米重量的增加而下降。
Draping coefficient of cotton fabric was tested by PhabrOmeter fabric evaluation system. Correlation degree between structural parameters and draping coefficient was calculated by using grey system principle and the order of the result was proposed. The result shows that the sequentially-reducing influence on draping property is as follows: mass per unit area of fabric, thickness, denier counts of warp, density of weft, denier counts of weft, density of warp. Then analysis of the relationship between draping property and mass per unit area of fabric shows that with the increase of mass per unit area, draping property decreased.
