环氧树脂包覆聚磷酸铵复配阻燃聚丙烯的制备及其热降解动力学研究 被引量:5

Preparation and Study of Thermal Degradation Kinetics Mechanism of Flame Retardant Polypropylene with Microencapsulated APP by Epoxy Resin

摘要 利用环氧树脂(EP)包覆聚磷酸铵(APP)复配得到无卤膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),并对聚丙烯阻燃改性。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察包覆的APP的形貌;使用热重分析仪和万能材料试验机对阻燃改性PP的性能进行了表征。结果表明:随着EP的质量分数增加,在APP表面形成的包覆层逐渐均匀变厚,使其疏水性增加,水溶解性降低。当EP的质量分数为5%至7%时,包膜较致密,复配得到的PP/IFR的阻燃性能显著提升的同时,材料的力学性能变化不大。阻燃剂的加入使得PP的反应活化能在不同阶段均有较大提升,且与膨胀型阻燃机制相符。 The microencapsulated APP by epoxy resin was prepared and used in halogen free intumescent flame retardant polypropylene. SEM was used to observe the morphology of the microeneapsulated APP. The mechanical and combustion properties of PP/IFR were characterized by thermogravemetric analysis and universal materials tester. The results show that water solu bility decreases while the thickness of EA coating increases. When the mass fraction of EP is 5 % to 7%, the coating is more compact and average. With the significant improvement of flame retandaney, the mechanical properties of the material chang little. The addition of IFR increases the activation energy at every section, and the results agrees with the mechanism of intumescent flame retardancy.
