摘要
FSW和EBW都十分适合用于铝合金的焊接。本文通过采用FSW和EBW两种焊接方法对8 mm厚的2219铝合金进行焊接,并对其焊接接头的组织、硬度及抗拉强度、断口形貌等进行了对比和分析。结果表明,二者的焊缝组织晶粒度均大于母材,断口均以韧性断裂为主,且EBW接头拉伸断口主要位于热影响区与母材交界处,接头抗拉强度可达到母材的97.3%;FSW接头拉伸断口位于焊缝处,抗拉强度略低于EBW。
FSW and EBVV are both suitable for welding of aluminum alloy. The welding of 2219 aluminum alloy with 8mm thickness was carried out by using FSW and EBW, and organization, hardness, tensile strength and fi-acture morphology of the welded joint were compared and investigated. The results show that, the grain sizes of weld microstructure with FSW and EBW are larger than those of the base metal, and both of the fracture are mainly performance of ductile fracture. The tensile fracture welded by EBW mainly locates in the boundary between the HAZ and base metal, and tensile strength of the welded joints can reach 97.3% of the base metal. The tensile fracture of FSW locates in the butt weld, and tensile strength of the joint is lower slightly than that of EBW.
