摘要
采用稀土铈在740℃对ZL102合金进行了变质处理,研究了变质剂的加入量及保温时间对铸件力学性能的影响,获得了不同工艺下相应的变质效果等级。结果表明,Ce加入量为0.1wt%,保温时间为70 min时达到最佳变质效果S1P18级。
Modification of ZL102 alloy at 740℃ was carried out with rare earth cerium. The effects of addition of the modifier and holding time on the mechanical properties of castings were investigated. The grades of modification effect for different treatment processes were obtained. The results show that the best modification effect grade S1P18 is obtained when Ce addition is 0. lwt% and holding time is 70 min.
