摘要 传统的压铸模具温度控制主要依靠人为主观经验,借助脱模剂降低模温,存在潜在的压铸质量和模具使用寿命问题。针对该现状,通过调配组合阀冷却水流量设计了一种适合压铸模具的智能调温控制系统。系统硬件采用三菱FX机PLC,通过组合阀和PID控制冷却水流量,设计预热、连续压铸温度保持功能。系统软件基于GXDeveloper开发,给出了PID自动调谐温度的梯形图程序。经实际应用表明,所设计的压铸模温调控系统运行稳定,满足预热和连续压铸对模具温度的要求。 Temperature control of traditional die casting mold mainly depends on human subjective experience, reducing the mold temperature with release agent, which has some problems about potentially casting quality and the service life of mold. Aiming at the current situation, an intelligent temperature control system was designed for die casting mold by adjusting the cooling water flow of combination valve.The system hardware adopted MITSUBISHI FX PLC, controlling cooling water flow through combination valve and PID, and the temperature control function of preheating and continuous die casting was designed.The system software is developed based on GX Developer, and the ladder diagram program of PID automatic tuning temperature was given.The practical application shows that the die temperature control system is stable, and it can meet the mold temperature requirements of preheating and continuous casting.
