摘要
为促进建筑企业内部知识共享,提出一套在建筑企业内部评选知识专家的方法。从知识存量、知识价值、知识共享3个维度拟定一个包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标的专家评选指标体系,通过与建筑企业知识管理者面谈的方式得到以上指标的量化方法,并运用结构熵权法确定各指标的权重。用该方法对一个大型建筑企业的内部知识专家进行评选,验证方法的可行性。
With a view to promote knowledge sharing within construction enterprise, a method of selecting knowledge pro- fessional was put forward. Firstly, from three dimensions, that is, knowledge stock, knowledge value and knowledge sha- ring, an index system of selecting experts including three first grade indexes and nine secondary indexes has been devel- oped. By means of interview with the knowledge managers of the construction enterprise, some quantitative methods con- eerning to the indexes have been given out. And then, the indicator weight was ascertained based on the strueture entropy weight method. The method was used into a large construction enterprise for selecting the knowledge professional, and the applicability of this method was verified.
