摘要
目的本研究旨在通过对老年阻塞性肺气肿患者在进行康复护理过程中的健康状况进行分析,为肺气肿等肺部疾病的康复护理和治疗提供适当的参考。方法选取了近3年来老年阻塞性肺气肿患者84例参与护理,在饮食、活动、呼吸训练和心理等方面加以护理,并对恢复状况进行统计学分析。结果 38例患者具有显著的恢复效果,35例具有一般的护理效果,综合护理效果显著。结论在老年阻塞性肺气肿的护理过程中加强各方面的措施,切实为患者提供更好的护理条件。
Objective To the study to through in elderly patients with obstruction emphysema patients in rehabilitation nursing process in health status analysis and provide appropriate reference for emphysema and other lung diseases rehabilitation care and treatment. Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema in recent 3 years were selected to participate in nursing care, in the diet, activities, breathing training and psychological aspects of nursing, and the recovery of the situation were statistically analyzed. Results There were 38 cases of patients with significant recovery effect, there were 35 cases of general nursing effect, comprehensive nursing effect is very significant. Conclusion In the elderly patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema in the nursing process to strengthen the various aspects of the measures, and effectively provide better nursing conditions for patients.
