摘要
依据农村基础设施生产型、生活型、服务型、生态环境型4个类别的划分,选用34个具体指标,构建中国西部地区农村基础设施建设水平评价指标体系。运用因子分析法提取公因子并计算因子得分和综合得分,最后根据得分结果提出了中国西部各地区农村基础设施建设水平的对策与建议。
The evaluation index system of rural infrastructure construction was built according to four-type classification of rural infrastructure of production, life, service and ecological environment and thirty-four specific indexes selection. Using factor analysis to extract common factors as well as calculate factor score and comprehensive score. Finally, based on the score results,it is suggested to improve rural infrastructure construction level in western China.
