摘要 目的建立分光光度法测定碘盐中的碘。方法酸性条件下游离碘与淀粉液生成蓝色化合物在580nm处比色定量。结果精密度、准确度、稳定性可满足分光光度法基本要求。结论通过多年实际运用,本法在基层实验室面对大批量碘盐样品时,可补充使用的一种简便快速定量分析方法。 Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method for determination of iodine in iodized salt. Methods Under acidic conditions, free iodine reacts with starch solution to produce a blue compound, and the absorbance is measured at 580nm for quantitation. Results The precision, accuracy and stability can satisfy the general requirements for spectrophotometry. Conclusion According to experience in multiple years of practical use, the established method may be employed as a supplementary rapid and simple quantitative technique for primary laboratories to adopt when large quantities of iodized samples are to be analyzed.
