摘要
水性油墨可以改善传统油墨由于含有大量挥发性有机物从而易对环境造成污染。聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为一种无毒易溶于水的高分子材料,由于其耐水性较差,在水性油墨、涂料领域的应用受到了限制。本文分别采用硼酸、尿素和双氧水作为改性剂对PVA油墨连接料进行耐水性能改性研究,耐水实验发现硼酸增稠作用较好,但耐水改性作用较弱;尿素用量为3.5%时,耐水改善结果最好;当用双氧水,硫酸亚铁改性时,随着硫酸亚铁用量的增加,耐水效果有了明显的改善;用双氧水和尿素复配改性时,耐水结果和用双氧水改性结果基本相同,且加入尿素可使形成的PVA胶膜韧性增加,改善涂膜性能。
Water-based ink may improve the pollution of the environment produced by volatile organic compounds in raditional ink. Nontoxic polymer (poly vinl alcohol) (PVA) can be soluble in water, but due to the poor water resistance, its application has been limited in the water based inks and coatings. We used boric acid, urea and hydrogen peroxide as modified agent on PVA ink connection material respectively, researched on its effect for waterproof improvements. Waterproof experiments showed that the modification of boric acid is bad;and when urea dosage is 3.5% ,the result is best;when uses hydrogen peroxide, ferrous sulfate as modified agent, the water resistance has obviously improves with the dosage of ferrous sulfate increased;when uses hydrogen peroxide compound urea modify PVA, the results are almost same as using hydrogen peroxide. Besides urea can increase the toughness of PVA film
