盐分胁迫对油菜生长特性和产量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了确定紫色土地区油菜微咸水灌溉的安全使用质量浓度,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同矿化度微咸水对油菜生长和产量的影响。试验采用3种微咸水,NaCl溶液、CaCl2溶液以及二者矿化度1∶1混合溶液,矿化度设置为0.6、1、3、5、7g/L,共15种处理。结果表明,适宜矿化度的微咸水可以促进油菜生长;3种微咸水灌溉促进生长的适宜矿化度不同,NaCl溶液、CaCl2溶液以及矿化度1∶1混合溶液处理,最适矿化度分别为3.92、1.63和2.64g/L;矿化度超过7.06、3.99和4.78g/L时,油菜的形态和产量均受到严重影响。采用3.92g/L矿化度NaCl的微咸水灌溉,苗期、蕾薹期、开花期、成熟期土壤水分分别为70%θf^80%θf、75%θf^85%θf、70%θf^80%θf、60%θf^65%θf是紫色土地区微咸水灌溉油菜的适宜模式。 An experiment was conducted to evaluate how the salinity of irrigation water affected the growth and yield of oilseed rape in purple soil region and to ascertain the safe salinity level for using brackish water in irrigation.Treatments consisted of 15 kinds of irrigation water levels,including NaCl solution,CaCl2 solution,and the mixture of both solutions in 1∶1ratio,with the water salinity levels of 0.6,1,3,5and7g/L.The results showed that the brackish water with the optimal salinity level could promote the growth of oilseed rape.The optimal salinity were 3.92,1.63 and 2.64g/L,for three kinds of solutions of only NaCl,only CaCl2 and the mixture of both solutions with 1∶1ratio,respectively.Morphology and yield of oilseed rape were severely affected when the salinity levels beyond 7.06,3.99 and 4.78g/L.Irrigating oilseed rape using brackish water which containing sodium chloride whose concentration is 3.92g/L and soil moisture content are 70%θf^80%θf,75%θf^85%θf,70%θf^80%θfand 60%θf^65%θfat seedling,bud,flowering and maturity stage respectively is a suitable irrigation mode in purple soil region.
