广西燃煤电厂SCR存在问题及解决措施 被引量:2

摘要 对广西12个燃煤电厂选择性催化还原烟气脱硝系统(SCR)近年运行情况进行调研发现,SCR主要存在的问题有空预器堵塞和腐蚀、催化剂层积灰、NOx浓度"倒挂"、进氨调节阀卡涩及流量计堵塞等。试验及分析结果表明,SCR存在的大部分问题是由SCR喷氨不均匀造成。通过开展SCR系统喷氨优化调整试验,较好地解决了空预器堵塞和腐蚀、NOx浓度"倒挂"等问题。为解决SCR其它存在的问题,广西燃煤电厂结合自身特点进行技术改进,加强运行维护人员培训,确保了烟气脱硝装置的正常运行及NOx浓度的达标排放。 By investigating operation situation of selective catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification systems (SCR) of 12 coal- fired power plants in Guangxi in recent years, it is found that main existing problems of SCR are including the clogging and corrosion of air preheater, the dust accumulation of catalyst layer, the "reversed" NO, concentration, the jam of ammonia inlet regulating valve and the clogging of flow meters and so on. Experiments and analysis results show that most existing problems of SCR were caused by uneven ammonia injection of SCR. By optimal adjustment experiments of SCR injection, problems including the clogging and corrosion of air preheater and the "reversed" NO, concentration and so on are satisfactorily solved. In order to solve other problems of SCR, technical improvements has been carried out in Guangxi coal-fired power plants based on their own characteristics, and training for operation and maintenance personnel has been strengthened to guarantee the normal operation of flue gas denitrification equipment and meeting the NOx concentration emission standard.
