摘要 针对直径在5000-20000mm之间的大圆环平面在现场加工过程中存在平面精度难以保证这一实际难题,在分析研究了其关键问题的基础上,采用高精度倾角传感器采集数据,电脑软件分析计算的方法,提出一套用角度传感器,倾角传感器,结合伺服电机运动控制,以LABVIEW软件为核心的检测方案。并开发出一套可以快速检测大型圆环平面参数的高精度在线检测系统。该系统可以通过对采集的数据,利用数学算法进行分析,计算和处理,得到大圆环平面的平面度,水平度和锥形度。检测系统检测效率高,适用于现场加工大圆环平面过程中的平面质量控制。 As the big circle plane between 5000 ?20000mm exist the problem that the precision is difficult to ensure during the machining process. Based on the analysis and study of the key problems, the method of high precision electronic sensor was used to collect the dates and computer software was used to analyze and calculate, then a set of test scheme was proposed which was based on angle senor and tilt angle senor com-bine with servo motor movement control and also treated Lab view as i t 's core. Finally, a set of high preci-sion on-line detection system was developed which can detect the parameters of large circular plane quickly. It can get the value of flatness, levelness and conicity by analyzing, calculating and processing the collected dates with mathematical algorithm. The system is suitable for quality control of manufacture progress with its high efficiency.
