二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征应用中的研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种内分泌紊乱性疾病,在育龄妇女中常见,是无排卵性不孕症中的常见原因,临床以高雄激素血症,排卵障碍或无排卵,卵巢多囊样改变为特征,常伴有胰岛素抵抗和肥胖.二甲双胍为胰岛素增敏剂,主要用于2型糖尿病患者的治疗.近20年来,二甲双胍在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果得到了越来越多的学者的关注.二甲双胍应用于多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,具有重要的临床意义.现对国内外研究成果做以综述,为临床治疗提供依据.
