摘要
低压低渗透气井在我国分布广泛,在已探明储量中,低渗、特低渗透油气藏量达70%。开发低压低渗透气井对油套管产品提出了特殊要求,油套管产品要在保证气密封性能条件下实现成本最经济。结合油田的管柱设计,通过有限元模拟仿真技术,研究了宝钢为低压低渗透井况开发的BG-PT/PC扣型在各种工况条件下的密封完整性。研究表明,宝钢BG-PT/PC扣型能够满足低压低渗透气井勘探开发对油套管产品安全性和经济性的要求。
Low-pressure low-permeability gas wells are widely distributed in our country,and account for 70% of the proven existed oil reserves. The development of the low-pressure and lowpermeability gas wells has raised special requirement for the OCTG products to ensure gas sealing performance as well as cost economy. Based on the pipe string design,finite element method is applied to study the sealing integrity of Baosteel's BG-PT / PC economical connections under different well conditions. The result shows that the BG-PT / PC economical connections can meet both the safety and the economy requirements of the low-pressure and low-permeability gas well developing.
