摘要
建立全自动生化分析仪测定水中亚硝酸盐含量的测定方法。应用全自动生化分析仪的自动化操作步骤,采用亚硝酸盐和对氨基苯磺酸反应生成重氮盐,在与N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺偶联生成红色染料,进行比色定量。本实验方法精密度RSD%0.64%~2.84%,回收率96.0%~100.5%,在线性范围0~0.5 mg/L内,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9997。应用全自动分析法测定水中亚硝酸盐含量,代替人工比色法实现了操作过程自动化,方法的精密度、准确度均能满足水中亚硝酸盐含量的测定要求。
Determination of the nitrite content of water to establish automatic biochemical analyzer.Application of automatic biochemical analyzer automated steps,use of nitrite and response to amino acid diazonium salt,with N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediamine coupled to form a red dye,Colorimetric quantification.The test method precision RSD% 0.64% ~2.84%,recoveries from 96.0% to 100.5%,the linear range of 0 ~ 0.5mg/L within,good linear correlation coefficient r= 0.9997.Determination of the nitrite content of water by automatic analysis,instead of doing colorimetry achieve operational process automation,precision of the method,accuracy can meet the requirements of water measured nitrite content.
