摘要
针对手动冰点测定器试验用油量多、测试结果误差大、效率低等特点,对全自动冰点测定器进行了研究。利用压缩机和半导体混合制冷技术对油样进行降温处理,采用光电捕捉技术分析油样冰点,提高了制冷效率和制冷深度。对不同类型油样进行多次测试,结果表明,仪器重复性和再现性完全符合标准。
The manual freezing point tester features big error in test results, low efficiency and wasting oil for test, so the automatic freezing point tester is researched. The samples are cooled by using the refrigeration technology which is mixing semiconductor refrigeration and compressor refrigeration; and the freezing point of samples is analyzed by using photoelectric capturing technology, the efficiency of refrigeration and the refrigerating depth are improved. Through many tests of different type of oil samples, the repeatability and reproducibility of the instnm^ent completely match the standard.
