摘要
利用分子荧光光谱法研究了维生素B2溶液的光致发光特性、光稳定性及其动力学特征.实验结果表明:维生素B2溶液具有明显的光致发光特性.在230-500nm波长的激发下,维生素B2溶液能发出波长为528nm的绿色荧光.光分解实验结果表明:10mg/L维生素B2溶液在曝光条件下,经过8天的时间,其浓度衰减达97%,而在避光保存条件下,经过8天时间,其浓度无明显衰减.光分解反应动力学分析结果表明:维生素B2在酸性溶液中的光分解反应为一级反应,其反应的速率常数k_1=0.43633day^(-1),半衰期为1.589day.
The photoluminescence properties, photolysis performance and kinetic characteristics of vi- tamin B2 were studied by molecular fluorescence spectra. The results indicated vitamin B2 has obvious photoluminescence properties. Green fluorescence ( λ = 528nm) was detected by using 230-500nm light as excitation source. Light decomposition experiment results indicated that the concentration decay 97 % of the initial value after 8 day exposure, but the concentration has no obvious change under avoiding light preservation. Kinetics analysis of light decomposing reaction indicated that light decomposing reaction of vitamin B2 in acid solution is a typical first order reaction with a rate constant k1 =0. 43633 day-1 and half- time t1/2 = 1. 589 day.
