摘要
以茂县、盐源、小金、林芝县20年生‘金冠’苹果品种为试材,探索了4个不同生态区金冠苹果叶片的光合特性。结果表明:不同生态区‘金冠’苹果P_n日变化和年变化均呈双峰曲线,但达到峰值时间有所不同,林芝偏晚,有明显的"午休"现象。LSP差异均达极显著水平,盐源和小金‘金冠’的AQY最高,表明其对弱光的利用率较高。当CO_2浓度在400μmol/mol以下,4个生态区‘金冠’的P_n随CO_2浓度增加基本呈直线上升;林芝金冠最先达到CO_2补偿点,CCP为最低点的(55.06±0.94)μmol/mol;林芝金冠CSP最高,达(1588±5.2)μmol/mol。羧化效率以林芝‘金冠’的CE最高,茂县最低,说明林芝金冠对低浓度CO_2的利用率较高,茂县金冠对CO_2的利用率较低。
Golden Delicious' apple was selected as the research materials in this study,in the Western Sichuan Plateau 4 different ecological zones( Sichuan Yanyuan county,Maoxian,Xiaojin County,Tibet Nyingchi county),to explore the photosynthetic characteristics. The results showed that in different ecological zones,the diurnal variation and annual fluctuation of net photosynthetic rate( Pn) also showed a double-peak curve,but the peak time was different,Ninzhi was late,there were obvious‘noon break'phenomena; LSP had a significant difference,Yanyuan and Xiaojin‘Golden Delicious' had the highest AQY,indicating its higher utilization rate of weak light. When the CO_2 concentration was below 400 μmol / mol,4 ecological zones' Golden Delicious' Pnincreased with the concentration of CO_2 increased linearly;Linzhi first reached the CO_2 compensation point,CCP was the lowest( 55. 06 ± 0. 94) μmol / mol; Linzhi Jinguan CSP was the highest,up to( 1588 ± 5. 2) μmol / mol. Carboxylation efficiency in Linzhi had the highest CE,Maoxian was the lowest,indicating that the use of Linzhi'Golden Delicious' for low concentration CO_2 rate was higher, and CO_2 utilization rate was lower in Maoxian.
