草坪再生水灌溉挥发性有机物健康风险研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用热脱附-气相色谱-质谱法,对北京某高尔夫球场草坪利用再生水灌溉后空气中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行了检测和健康风险评价。结果表明,再生水灌溉草坪后空气中存在20种挥发性有机物,主要是1,1,2-三氯乙烷、三甲基苯、四氯乙烯和甲苯等芳香烃、卤代烃物质。再生水灌溉草坪后3.5h,空气中挥发性有机物健康风险变化显著(P<0.05),其中,灌溉2h后,挥发性有机物健康风险达到最大值,健康风险比空白值大2.3倍。再生水灌溉草坪后挥发性有机物总非致癌风险为4.75×10^(-7),总致癌风险为2.55×10^(-8),总健康风险为7.86×10^(-7),高于可忽略水平(10^(-8)),有潜在的健康风险。 The gas chromatography and mass spectrometry method was used to determine and analyze volatile the organic compounds(VOCs)in golf course and the health risk was assessed.The result indicated that there were 20 kinds of VOCs in the air above turf irrigated by reclaimed water.The main VOCs were 1,1,2-three ethyl chloride,three methyl benzene,four vinyl chloride,toluene and other aromatic hydrocarbons,halogenated hydrocarbon substance.After 3.5hours of irrigation,the health risk caused by volatile organic in air increased significantly(P〈0.05).After 2hours of irrigation,the risk reached the maximum value and was 2.3times larger than the blank value.The non-carcinogenic risk index was 4.75×10^-7 while the carcinogenic risk indexes are 2.55×10^-8.The summation of the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risk was 7.86×10^-7,which was higher than negligible value of USEPA(1×10^-8).
