摘要
研究了左转禁限对交通路网的影响,并应用双层规划建立数学模型,通过遗传算法对模型进行求解,从而得到最优解。
The impact of left turn on the traffic network is studied,and a mathematical model is established with the bi-level programming.The genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution for the model.
