预应力碳纤维板局部加固对桥梁整体影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 对某简支预应力钢筋混凝土T形桥梁进行了预应力碳纤维板加固,用有限元模拟和实际监测两种方法,对比分析了局部加固对桥梁整体的影响。研究结果表明:采用预应力碳纤维板加固桥梁,由于横向连接作用,各片T梁间存在一定程度的预应力传递,有效提高了整桥承载力。预应力碳纤维板加固混凝土桥梁时,碳纤维板与混凝土构件接触部位的纵向、横向和竖向均存在拉应力,有使碳纤维板从混凝土表面产生剥离的趋势。有限元模拟数据与实际监测结果比较吻合,说明有限元模拟方法可以应用于实际工程的辅助计算。 According to the reinforcement method on a simply supported prestressed reinforced concrete T-beam bridge with prestressed carbon fibre reinforced plastics( CFRP) plates,the effects of local reinforcement on the whole bridge were analyzed through the contrast of finite element simulation and actual monitoring. The results show that by using prestressed CFRP plates to strengthen the bridge,the carrying capacity of the whole bridge are effectively improved. The reason for improvement is the transverse connection which makes prestress transfer between the T-beams to some extent. Meanwhile,the tensile stresses exist in the longitudinal,transverseand vertical directions of the carbon fiber reinforced concrete bridge strengthened by prestressed CFRP sheets,which makes the carbon fiber plate have a tendency to be stripped off from the concrete surface. The finite element simulation results are in agreement with the actual monitoring results,which shows that the finite element simulation method can be used in the calculation of actual engineering.
