摘要
运用文献资料法、归纳演绎等方法,在休闲体育视域下高校体育课程改革的必要性进行了分析。休闲体育有助于树立正确的休闲观,提升学生休闲素质,促进学生创造力的培养,使学生积极感受自由的空间,优化学生的休闲消费理念。
This article describes the necessity of college sports curriculum reform in perspective of leisure sports.Leisure sports are helpful for students to establish the correct concept of leisure,to enhance the quality of leisure and to improve students＇ creativity and their understanding of freedom.
