摘要
目的:分析探讨药品不良反应(ADR)及其影响因素,为临床合理用药提供借鉴和参考。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2013年12月报告至国家药品不良反应监测系统的243例ADR报告。结果:抗感染药物和中药制剂引起的ADR最多,皮肤及胃肠道损害是ADR的主要临床表现。结论:不合理应用抗感染药物和中药制剂是引发ADR的主要原因。因此,必须采取相应的措施,确保临床用药的安全性和有效性。
Objective： To analysis and explore adverse drug reaction（ ADR） and influencing factors,in order to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods： Review analysis 243 cases of adverse drug reaction in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013. Results：Anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation caused the most adverse drug reaction. Skin damage and gastrointestinal lesions were the main adverse drug reaction of clinical manifestation. Conclusion： Irrational use of anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicine preparation is a main reason for adverse drug reaction. Therefore,we must adopt the corresponding measures to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical medication.
