摘要
为了深入研究商洛核桃青皮不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。在DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子以及总还原力等体外抗氧化体系上测定不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,核桃青皮不同溶剂提取物均有一定的体外抗氧化活性,且抗氧化能力呈现出良好的量效关系,其中水提物、95%乙醇提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化活性高于乙醚与氯仿提取物。总体而言,核桃青皮乙酸乙酯提取物和乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性最好。
In order to study the in vitro antioxidant activity of the different solvents extract fromwalnut green husk in Shangluo. In vitro antioxidant activity of different solvents extracts wasdetermined on DPPH radical, ABTS radical, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion and totalreducing power. The results showed that the walnut green husk of different solvent extracts hadcertain antioxidant activity in vitro, and the antioxidant ability was showing a good dose effectrelationship, wherein the aqueous extract, ethanol extract, antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetateextract is higher than that of ether and chloroform extracts. Overall, the best green activity of ethylacetate extract and ethanol extracts of walnut antioxidant.
