不同盐度对芦苇生长及光合特征的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为揭示芦苇在不同盐分浓度下的生理机制,采用银川平原湿地芦苇(Phragmites communis)的地下根茎进行芦苇栽培控制试验,利用CIRAS-2光合测定分析仪测定净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci),并统计生态指标,研究不同盐分浓度下芦苇的生长及光合作用特征。结果表明:芦苇具有一定程度的耐盐性,植株高度、多度、盖度和生物量随盐分浓度增加呈先增加后降低趋势,盐分浓度小于0.6%时对芦苇几乎没有不良影响或稍有促进作用,对芦苇的光合作用影响不明显,但盐分浓度大于0.6%时对芦苇生长和叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度呈明显抑制作用。 In order to reveal physiological mechanisms of reed at different salinity gradients,the authors conducted the experiments of P.communis underground rhizomes cultivation in Yinchuan Plain wetland to get their growth and photosynthesis characteristics under different nutrient conditions,and then discussed the influence of salt concentration on P.communis growth.CIRAS-2photosynthesis analyzer was employed to measure the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and other gas exchange parameters of P.communis.Results:P.communis was tolerant to salt in certain degree.The plant height,abundance,coverage and biomass first increased and then decreased with salt concentration increasing.Salt almost had no bad influence or even had promotion effects on P.communis when the concentration was lower than 0.6%.Meanwhile,there was no significant influence on photosynthesis.But the growth,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were significantly inhibited when salt concentration was higher than 0.6%.
