摘要 为促进我国农业生产的标准化,有效控制生产、收购和加工等关键环节的质量,针对蔬菜、水果分散种植,标准难以统一,溯源渠道不畅的问题,构建基于物联网的新鲜果蔬产品质量安全溯源系统。系统依据新鲜果蔬产品供应链特点,采用RFID标签与一维码、二维码相结合的混合编码模式,应用物联网、数据库等技术,开发具有网络管理、条码打印、产品查询和智能手机管理等多功能的产品质量安全溯源系统。通过物联网技术,可自动采集环境信息,以及摄像头或手机拍摄的图像,上传至服务器,作为产品的源头信息。最终采用二维码溯源,实现产品在种植、收购、检测和加工等环节信息追溯。 In order to promote the standardization of agricultural production,effectively control the quality of the production,acquisition and processing.In allusion to the problems such as dispersed planting of vegetables and fruits,not unified standard and unfavorable tracing channel,the product quality and safety traceability system of fresh fruits and vegetables was established based on Internet of Things(IOT).Based on the characteristics of the supply chain of fresh fruit and vegetable products,adopting RFID combined with one dimension code,the QR code hybrid coding mode,the application of IOT,database technology,the development of the network management,bar code printing,product inquiry,smart phones management Etc,and other multi-functional product quality and safety traceability system.By using technology of IOT,we can automatically collect environmental information,as well as the images of the camera or camera phone,uploaded to the server,as the source of product information.Finally using QR code,the information back is implement product in cultivation,acquisition,testing and processing.
