温阳补肾法联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭31例

摘要 目的评估温阳补肾法联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择本科门诊长期就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组予除基础治疗外,予比索洛尔口服,观察组在对照组的基础上,加服本科自拟中药补肾回心方,观察2组治疗后效果。结果观察组的心功能指标、ANP和BNP改善情况及总有效率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳补肾法联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效确切,可明显改善患者临床症状和体征。
