摘要
目的对中医骨正筋柔理论治疗膝关节骨关节炎的效果进行分析。方法我院接收膝关节骨关节炎患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,观察组采取中医骨正筋柔理论进行治疗,对照组则采用常规治疗方式。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.5%,对照组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医骨正筋柔理论治疗膝关节骨关节炎的效果显著,能够快速减轻患者痛苦,减缓身体不适。
Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee with the theory of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis were received in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, there were 40 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with routine treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the control group was 75.0%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）, and the pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and bone is effective, it can quickly relieve the pain of patients, and reduce the discomfort of the patients.
