摘要
目的 评定高血压患者检测中测定同型半胱氨酸的可行性。方法 选择2014年6月~2016年3月在我院接受专业检测的高血压患者共188例（疾病组）,并选取60例体检者进行对照（健康组）,对所有入选对象的同型半胱氨酸指数进行测定,观察其测定结果。结果 测定结果发现,疾病组同型半胱氨酸指数比健康组高（P〈0.05）。结论 将同型半胱氨酸指数测定方案应用至高血压患者检测中,不仅能提升其诊断精准性,还能客观评定患者病情,为其治疗提供重要数据。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the feasibility of the determination of homocysteine in patients with hypertension.Methods From June 2014 to March 2016,accepted professional testing in hypertensive patients with a total of 188 cases （disease group） in our hospital,and selected the 60 cases of examination （healthy control group）. All selected objects of homocysteine index were measured to observe the results of determination. ResultsThe results showed that the homocysteine index of the disease group was higher than that of the healthy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The determination of homocysteine index in patients with hypertension,not only can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis,but also objectively assess the patient＇s condition,to provide important data for its treatment.
