瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效对比分析

摘要 选择我院收治的96例冠心病患者,依就诊序号分为试验组与对照组各48例。试验组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组血脂与心功能改善情况。试验组治疗后TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LVEDD、LVESD及LVEF等改善程度均优于对照组,两组临床疗效有显著性差异。在冠心病治疗中,瑞舒伐他汀的临床疗效较阿托伐他汀更为显著,可以有效改善患者的血脂及心功能,具有重要应用价值,值得临床推广。
