摘要
目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法随机将92例支气管哮喘患者平均分为两组,对照组行丙酸倍氯米松,观察组行沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂。结果观察组总有效率、肺功能各项指标等均有显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松干粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘效果显著。
Objective To explore the effects of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods We divided 92 patients into two groups,the control group used beclomethasone dipropionate,and observation group used salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant. Results The total effective rates,pulmonary function indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclution The effect of application of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate dry powder inhalant is ideal.
