摘要
目的研究持续质量改进在医院感染管理中的应用。方法选择2012年1月~2016年1月我院接受治疗的患者进行研究。医院于2014年1月进行了质量改进,并选取质量改进前两年(1/2012~1/2014)和后两年(1/2014~1/2016)的作为对比分析。结果在持续质量改进后,感染人数逐年减少,对照组的总感染率(11.3%)高于观察组的总有效率(5.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.283,P=0.029)。观察组在持续质量改进后患者的满意度(93.3%)高于对照组未进行持续质量改进患者的满意度(80.6%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论持续质量改进可减少患者住院期间的感染率,且在提高患者的满意度方面也有很大进展。
Objective To study the application of the continuous quality improvement in hospital infection management. Methods Hospital in January 2014 to improve the quality,and select the quality improvement before(1/2012 ~ 1/2014)and after(1/2014 ~ 1/2016)as a comparative analysis. Results After the continuous quality improvement,the total infection rate of the control group(11.3%)higher than the observation group(5.3%),there are significant differences(χ~2=6.283,P=6.283). Observation group of patients' satisfaction after continuous quality improvement(93.3%)is significantly higher than the control group(80.6%),two sets of data have significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can significantly reduce the patients with hospital infection rate,and also has a great progress in enhancing patients' satisfaction.
