离子色谱法测定艾附暖宫丸中9种无机阴离子含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立同时测定艾附暖宫丸中9种无机阴离子(氟离子、甲酸根离子、氯离子、亚硝酸根离子、溴离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子、草酸根离子和磷酸根离子)含量的分析方法。方法采用加速溶剂萃取法萃取,离子色谱法测定。Ion Pac AS11-HC阴离子交换分析柱为色谱柱(250 mm×4 mm),氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,梯度洗脱(6~46 mmol·L^(-1)),流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),洗脱24 min,柱温为30℃,进样量为25μL。结果 9种无机阴离子达到基线分离,0.1~20 mg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 0~0.999 9范围内,仪器精密度、重复性和稳定性的RSD<3.0%,平均加样回收率为86.3%~113.2%,RSD为0.68%~2.48%。结论该方法简便快速和自动化,可用于艾附暖宫丸中9种无机阴离子含量的测定。 Objective To establish the method for simultaneous determination of nine inorganic anions (fluoride,formate,chloride,ni-trite,bromide,nitrate,sulfate,oxalate and phosphate )in Aifunuangong pills by ion chromatography.Methods The samples were ex-tracted using accelerated solvent extraction (ASE)and determined by ion chromatography.Nine inorganic anions were determined by anion exchange column Ion Pac AS11 -HC (250 mm ×4 mm),and eluted for 24 min by gradient hydroxide potassium (6 ~46 mmol· L -1 )at the rate of 1.0 mL·min -1 and the temperature of 30 ℃,and the sampling volume was 25 μL.Results Good resolution can be achieved among the above mentioned nine inorganic anions.The nine inorganic anions showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.1 ~20 mg·L -1 and their linear correlations over the investigated concentration were in the range of 0.999 0 ~0.999 9,while RSDs of degree of precision,repeatability and stability were lower than 2.0%.The average recoveries were 86.3% ~113.2% with rela-tive standard deviation of 0.68% ~2.48%,respectively.Conclusions The ion chromatography method is simple,fast and automated for the assay and quality control of nine inorganic anions in Aifunuangong pills.
