摘要 依据企业行为理论和二元创新理论,以我国新能源产业内微观企业为切入点,探讨新能源产业技术创新行为机理,为解释企业内在创新动力不足提供了新视角。建立企业绩效比较、冗余资源与技术创新投入关系的概念模型,实证分析表明企业历史绩效比较和同业企业同期绩效比较分别对新能源企业后期探索式创新和开发式创新产生负向影响,冗余资源在绩效比较与技术创新投入关系之间不存在显著调节效应。鉴于此,国家应通过搭建开放且互补的技术创新平台、实施以利益为导向的双边激励、加快供给侧改革等措施,提高新能源企业的创新积极性,实现我国新能源产业跨越式发展。 Based on the theory of enterprise behaviorand dual innovation,this paper focus on the innovative mechanism in new energy industry by regarding the micro enterprises in China’s new energy industry as the pointcut,which provides a new perspective to elaborate the insufficient in aspects of internal innovation. A theoretical model for performance comparison, redundant resources and innovation input should be established. Further,empirical analysis shall be conducted to show that both the historicaland current performance comparisons negatively affect thelater exploratory and exploitative innovation of new energy industry,and then as to redundant resources,there does not emerge any obvious adjustments in the performance comparison and investment of the technology innovation.Therefore,in order to achieve the leapfrog development in China’s new energy industry,the government should establish an open and complementary technological innovation platform and the benefit-oriented bilateral incentives,accelerate the supply reforms and improve the enthusiasm of the new energy enterprises.
