新型钢包透气芯干式修补料的研制与应用

摘要 采用临界粒度3 mm的白刚玉为骨料,325目白刚玉粉、Mg O含量为96%的电熔镁砂粉、活性氧化铝微粉为基质,并加入适宜的结合剂,研制钢包透气芯修补料,检测其显气孔率、强度、透气量等指标,对其性能进行优化,在钢厂成功试验并推广。 Using the critical size of 3 mm white corundum as aggregates,325 mesh white corundum powder,sintered fused Mg O(96%) powder,activated alumina powder as matrix,and adding suitable binders,develop dry repair material of ladle permeable brick.Throngh testing indexes such as apparent porosity,strength,air permeability and so on,develop the of ladle purging plug brick core repairing material,which has been tested successfully and used widely.
