摘要
选取同一批次孵化的1日龄京海黄鸡800只,随机分成10个组,1~9组为试验组,10组为对照组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只(公、母各半)。1~3试验组分别在基础日粮中添加水溶性迷迭香提取物100、150、200 mg/kg,4~6试验组分别在基础日粮中添加脂溶性迷迭香提取物100、150、200mg/kg,7~9试验组分别在基础日粮中添加混合(水溶性+脂溶性)迷迭香提取物(50+50)、(75+75)、(100+100)mg/kg构成各试验组日粮,10组饲喂基础日粮。试验期112d。结果显示:迷迭香提取物能显著改善京海黄鸡生长性能(P〈0.05);提高京海黄鸡胸腺指数(P〈0.05),但对脾脏和法氏囊指数无显著影响(P〉0.05);200mg/kg脂溶性迷迭香提取物添加水平显著提高了血清的总抗氧化能力(P〈0.05),200 mg/kg混合迷迭香提取物添加水平显著降低了血清丙二醛含量(P〈0.05)。由此可知,200mg/kg脂溶性和混合迷迭香提取物添加水平能够提高京海黄鸡血清的抗氧化能力。
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of rosemary extract on Jinghai yellow chickens growth performance,immune organ index and antioxidant capacity of serum.800oneday-old chickens were randomly divided into 10 groups with 4replicates of 20each(10male,10female),1to 9were as experimental groups,and 10 was as control group.The treatments was as follows:(1)control diets+ 100 mg/kg water-soluble rosemary extract;(2)control diets+150mg/kg water-soluble rosemary extracts;(3)control diets+200mg/kg water-soluble rosemary extract;(4)control diets+100 mg/kg oil-soluble rosemary extract;(5)control diets+150 mg/kg oil-soluble rosemary extract;(6)control diets+200mg/kg;oil-soluble rosemary extract(7)control diets+100mg/kg(water soluble+oil-soluble)rosemary extract;(8)control diets+ 150mg/kg(water soluble+ oil-soluble)rosemary extract;(9)control diets+200mg/kg(water soluble+oil-soluble)rosemary extract;(10)control diets(no antibiotics).The experiment lasted 112 d.The results showed that rosemary extract could significant improve growth performance,thymus immune index(P〈0.05),no significant effect on bursa and spleen immune index(P〈0.05);200mg/kg of oil-soluble rosemary extract could significant increased the total antioxidant capacity of serum(P〈0.05);200mg/kg(water-soluble+ oil-soluble)rosemary extract could significant reduce the MDA content of serum(P〈0.05).In summary,200 mg/kg of oil-soluble rosemary extract or water-soluble+ oil-soluble rosemary extract could significantly increase antioxidant capacity of serum.
