摘要
为了解福建省福州市的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的分子流行病学情况,对从一例猪繁殖与呼吸综合征临床疑似病例中分离的PRRSV,特异性扩增了其ORF3、ORF5、NSP2片段,然后进行基因测序和分析。结果表明:该毒株NSP2编码区、ORF3基因、ORF5基因与国内流行的PRRSV变异株核苷酸同源性分别在94.9%~97.7%、95.2%~97.7%和96.1%~96.7%。由此推断,该株由国内流行的变异毒株演化而来。
In order to understand the molecular epidemiological situation of porcine reproductive and respiratory syn- drome virus( PRRSV)in Fuzhou city of Fujian province, one virus strain from suspected cases of PRRS was isolated and the ORF3, ORF5 and NSP2 were sequenced. The data showed that the NSP2, ORF3 and ORF5 of this strain shared the nucleotide identity with 94.9%~97.7%, 95.2%~97.7% and 96.1%~96.7% respectively, compared with main PRRSV strains in China. Therefore, it was inferred that this strain was evolved from popular variant strains in China.
