摘要
为研究磁悬浮高速电动机转子-轴承系统临界转速附近的振动特性,将简化的转子-轴承系统模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,对系统临界转速附近的振动情况进行仿真分析,基于MATLAB对改变轴承支承位置后的振幅进行了数值模拟。结果表明:转子-轴承系统中轴承支承位置垂直方向的变化对振幅的影响比水平方向大,且不同支承点的轴承位置的改变对转子临界转速附近振幅的影响不同。
In order to study vibration characteristics near critical speed of rotor - bearing system for magnetic suspen- sion high - speed motor, the model of simplified rotor - bearing system is imported into ANSYS Workbench and its vi- bration situation is simulated and analyzed. Based on MATLAB, the amplitude is numerically simulated after changing position of bearing support. The results show that the effect of position variation of bearing support at vertical direction in rotor - bearing system on amplitude is greater than that of horizontal direction. The position variation of bearings at different supporting points has different effects on amplitude near critical speed of rotor.
