中药对脑微血管内皮细胞影响的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑内皮细胞(brain microvascular endothelial cell,BMEC)是一种高度分化,构成血脑屏障,具有在其它血管床未发现独特的生化和结构特征,是各种生理、病理因素作用的靶细胞。在实验研究和临床应用中,中药取得显著的成效,其具有上调细胞内氧化防御系统的活性,减少NO、氧自由基的产生,清除自由基,减少血脑屏障的渗透性,降低血管源性脑水肿,从而保护细胞免受氧化应激所伤,在脑水肿、脑肿瘤、脑缺血、糖尿病充当着重要的角色。
