摘要
目的:研究针刺治疗对肝郁脾虚型运动性疲劳的影响。方法本次研究对象为当地某医科大学实验动物中心2012年5月~2015年5月期间饲养的60只SPF级SD雄性大鼠,并随机分成对照组(20只)、疲劳组(20只)以及疲劳加针刺组(20只)。除了对照组外,疲劳组和疲劳加针刺组大鼠均进行疲劳模型建立,另外予以疲劳加针刺组大鼠针刺治疗。结果疲劳加针刺组大鼠的死亡率显著低于疲劳组大鼠,实验前后体重变化值显著小于疲劳组(P<0.05);在血浆T浓度方面比较,疲劳加针刺组大鼠的血浆T浓度水平显著高于疲劳组(P<0.05);在血浆LH水平方面比较,疲劳加针刺组大鼠的血浆LH水平显著高于对照组和疲劳组(P<0.05);在睾丸超微结构方面比较,疲劳加针刺组大鼠与对照组大鼠无明显差异,但是疲劳组大鼠睾丸超微结构出现间质细胞数量少,线粒体及内质网溶解等现象;在腺垂体FA细胞构方面比较,三组大鼠无明显差异。结论针刺治疗可以有效改善下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能,调节性激素水平,缓解疲劳症状,降低因过度疲劳而引起的死亡。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of exercise Fatigue on hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency type with Acupuncture treatment.Methods 60 SPF SD male rats from May 2012 to May 2015 were feeded at a local Medical Laboratory Animal Center, and were randomly divided into control group (20 rats), fatigue group (20 rats) and fatigue plus acupuncture group(20 rats). In addition to the control group, the fatigue and fatigue plus acupuncture group rats were fatigue model, in addition, the rats in fatigue plus acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture.Results The death rate of fatigue plus acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of fatigue group, the weight changes before and after the experiment of fatigue plus acupuncture group was significantly less than that of fatigue group (P〈0.05). Compared with fatigue and acupuncture group, the T plasma levels were significantly higher than fatigue group(P〈0.05). Compared with fatigue and acupuncture group, the terms of plasma LH levels, LH levels in rats' plasma were significantly higher than control group and fatigue group(P〈0.05). In the testis ultrastructure, there was no significant difference between fatigue plus acupuncture group and control group, but there was testicular leydig cell ultrastructure small number of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum dissolution phenomena. In pituitary cells FA configuration aspects, there was no significant difference of three groups. ConclusionThe acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function, regulate hormone levels, relieve fatigue, reduce deaths caused by fatigue.
