摘要
目的：探讨针刺联合消栓肠溶胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1～11月在我院接受治疗的90例气虚血瘀型中风的患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各45例，两组患者都采用常规药物治疗，观察组患者在此基础之上给予针刺联合消栓肠溶胶囊治疗，分别观察治疗前后，两组患者的NDS、FMA以及BI评分的变化并对其进行比较，分析比较变化的原因。结果治疗后，两组患者的NDS评分都有所下降，观察组（10.23±2.31）分低于对照组（13.58±4.10）分，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后两组患者的FMA、BI评分都有所升高，观察组（87.56±3.18、79.58±4.15）高于对照组（79.26±5.14、75.16±6.12）分，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针刺联合消栓肠溶胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型中风临床效果显著，能够有效的促进患者神经功能恢复，改善患者的体质，提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule in the treatment of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 90 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were in our hospital from January to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.All patients were treated with routine drugs, in addition,the observation group received the therapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule.The NDS,FMA and BI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the causes of variations were analyzed. ResultsAfter treatment,the NDS scores of the two groups all decreased to some extent,the observation group’s scores （10.23±2.31） were lower than those of the control group （13.58±4.10）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the FMA and BI scores of the two groups all increased to some extent, the observation group’s scores （87.56±3.18 and 79.58±4.15） were higher than those of the control group （79.26±5.14 and 75.16±6.12）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture combined with Xiaoshuan enteric capsule is effective in the treatment of stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which can effectively promote the neurological function recovery,improve the body constitutions and the life quality in patients.
