90后大学生专业适应性与学业自我效能感的关系 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用大学生专业适应性量表和学业自我效能感问卷,对云南师范大学300名大学生进行了调查。结果表明:云南省90后大学生专业适应性略高于平均水平;性别和年级均对专业适应性产生不同程度的影响,专业适应性与学业自我效能感之间呈显著的正相关。针对此调查结果,从引导学生设置合理的学习目标、加强专业适应辅导等方面提出教育建议。 Professional adaptability scale and academic self-efficacy questionnaire were used to survey for 300 students in Yunnan Normal University. The result showed that professional adaptability for post-1990 college students was just higher than average level in Yunnan province. To some extent, both gender and grade had certain influence on professional adaptability, and professional adaptability was prominent proportional to academic self-efficacy. Aiming at the result, some educational suggestions were put forward from the aspects of reasonable learning objective establishment and academic adaptability guidance improvement in the paper.
