摘要
目的初步观察复方丹参霜和超声波美容机联合方法治疗面颈部浅表皮肤凹陷性瘢痕的疗效。方法将2011年1月~2015年8月在我院医学美容门诊就诊的41例面颈部浅表皮肤凹陷性瘢痕患者随机分为治疗组(23例)及对照组(18例),用75%乙醇消毒皮肤,治疗组用复方丹参霜以超声波探头反复均匀按摩20 min,以强度1.1 W/cm^2左右,每天或隔日一次;对照组单纯复方丹参霜外用;观察两组治疗2个月皮肤凹陷瘢痕的愈合情况。结果 41例治疗2个月后,治疗组23例,优12例,良5例,优良率73.91%,总有效率86.96%,对照组18例,优0例,良6例,优良率33.33%,总有效率61.11%;治疗组优良率极显著高于对照组(χ~2=6.752,P<0.01),总有效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=3.685,P<0.05)。结论丹参霜和超声波美容机联合方法治疗面颈部浅表皮肤凹陷性瘢痕的疗效良好。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Salvia Mihrorrhiza cream combined with ultrasonic cosmetic instrument in treatment of faciocervical superficial depressed scars. Methods A total of 41 patients with faciocervical superficial depressed scars treated in our department from January 2011 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （23 cases） and control group （18 cases）. After disinfection of skin by 75% ethyl alcohol, patients in the treatment group were massaged by ultrasonic probe with compound Salvia Mihrorrhiza cream （intensity= 1.1 W/cm2, q.d. or qod）; while patients in the control group were simply given compound Salvia MihrotThiza cream for external use. The healing status of depressed scars were observed after two months of treatment. Results After 2 months of treatment, among the 23 patients in the treatment group, 12 cases were excellent, and 5 cases were good, with an ex- cellent and good rate of 73.91% and an overall response rate of 86.96%; while among the 18 patients in the control group, 0 was excellent, and 6 cases were good, with an excellent and good rate of 33.33% and an overall response rate of 61.11%. The excellent and good rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（x^2=6.752, P〈0.01）, and the overall response rate was also significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （x^2=3.685, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of compound Salvia Miltrorrhiza cream combined with ultrasonic cosmetic instrument is favorable in treatment of faciocervical superficial depressed scars.
