自拟乳腺1号方治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察自拟乳腺1号方治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效,并探讨自拟乳腺1号方治疗乳腺增生病的作用机制。方法 将2012年6月-2013年6月本院160例门诊乳腺增生病患者随机分为乳腺1号方组(80例)及乳癖消颗粒组(80例)。疗程均为3个月经周期。根据治疗前后评分计算改善率判断临床疗效,同时测定治疗前后黄体期雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)的水平。结果 乳腺1号方组临床有效率高于乳癖消组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。乳腺1号方组治疗后E2、PRL水平下降,P水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。乳癖消颗粒治疗后E2、P、PRL均呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 自拟乳腺1号方比乳癖消颗粒具有更好的临床疗效,其作用机制是调节激素水平,改善乳腺增生病患者的内分泌环境。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and investigate the mechanism of self-designed mammary No.1 prescription in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods A total of 160 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands from the outpatient clinics in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into No.1 prescription group (80 cases) and Rupixiao granule group (80 cases). The treatment coumes of the two groups were both 3 menstrual cycles. Clinical efficacy was determined by the evaluation improvement rate before and after the treatment. Luteal phase estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) were also detected before and after the treatment. Results The No.1 prescription group had higher clinical efficacy rate than the Rupixiao granule group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). After treatment, E2, PRL level of the No. 1 prescription group decreased and P level increased and the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). After the treatment, E2, P and PRL level all presented a decreasing trend but had no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusion Self-designed mammary No.1 prescription has better clinical efficacy than the Rupixiao granule. The mechanism is to regulate the hormone level and improve the endocrine environment of the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.
