家庭病床患者家庭成员健康教育素养提升调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨在家庭病床患者管理下家庭成员健康素养的提升。方法:选取本院2014年4月-2015年4月家庭病床主要照顾者100名作为研究对象,使用一般情况问卷和健康调查简表SF-36进行调查。调查家庭病床管理前后健康素养与技能知识掌握情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:家庭病床管理服务前技能知识掌握56.0%,管理后为96.0%,管理前后技能知识掌握比较差异有统计学意义(字2=14.397,P<0.05);家庭病床管理服务前,37.0%的家庭成员SF-36调查标准得分在60分以上;管理一周期后,76.0%的家庭成员SF-36调查标准得分在60分以上,两者比较差异有统计学意义(字2=30.943,P<0.05)。结论:家庭病床患者管理下家庭成员健康素养的提升明显改善,值得社区推广。 Objective:To explore the improvement of the health literacy of family members in the family beds patients.Method: 100 people from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were given the general situation questionnaire and the health survey to investigate the SF-36.Master of health literacy and skills in family bed management were analyzed.Result:Family beds management services before skills knowledge mastery 56.0%, after management of 96.0%,compared management skills knowledge before and after,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=14.397,P〈0.05). Before family bed management services,family members of 37.0% with SF-36 survey standard score more than 60 points;after management,family members of 76% with SF-36 survey standard score more than 60 points, the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=30.943,P〈0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of health literacy of family members in family beds patients is obviously improved,it is worthy of popularizing in community.
