摘要
采用氢溴酸催化的三吲哚啉合成反应.在室温和3 mol%HBr的催化条件下,吲哚可以快速地与靛红反应生成具有重要生物活性的三吲哚啉衍生物.该反应催化剂用量低、条件温和、经济高效且底物普适性好,操作简单.
HBr-Catalyzed Synthesis of Trisindolines used under the catalysis of only 3 mol% of HBr at room temperature,indoles reacted rapidly with isatins to form biologically important trisindolines. This reaction features low catalyst loading,mild conditions,high efficiency but low cost,wide substrate scope and easy operation.
