摘要
对某350 MW汽轮发电机组启动试运过程中发电机转子两侧轴振大问题进行分析诊断。根据机组启动过程中轴振伯德图及定速3000 r/min后轴振值和相位等数据,判定机组低发联轴器或发电机转子存在一定质量不平衡。采用动平衡方法对该振动问题进行了处理,处理效果良好,保证了机组的正常运转,同时也为处理类似问题提供了参考。
In view of the problem of vibration on both sides of the generator rotor of a 350 MW steam turbine generator unit in the course of trial operation, the diagnosis is made. According to the Bode diagram of the shaft vibration during startup and the shaft vibration value and phase at speed 3000 r/min, there is a certain mass unbalance in the low pressure cylinder-generator shaft coupling or the generator rotor. The vibration problem is dealt with by using dynamic balance method, the treatment effect is good, that is, not only to ensure the normal operation of the unit, but also to provide a reference to deal with similar issues in the future.
